DATA PROTECTION

Thank you for your interest in our online presence. The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to inform you about data protection in our company. It goes without saying that we comply with the legal provisions of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG), the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and other data protection regulations.

You can trust us with your personal data! They are encrypted by digital security systems and transmitted to us. Our websites are protected by technical measures against damage, destruction or unauthorised access.

SUBJECT OF DATA PROTECTION

The subject of data protection is personal data. According to Section 3 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), this is individual information about the personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, information such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, but also usage data such as your IP address.

SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND STORAGE

In general, it is not necessary for you to provide personal data in order to use our website. However, in order for us to actually provide our services, we may need your personal data. This applies to the sending of information material or ordered goods as well as to answering individual enquiries.
If you commission us to provide a service or to send you goods, we will only collect and store your personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of the service or the execution of the contract. For this purpose, it may be necessary to pass on your personal data to companies that we use to provide the service or to process the contract. These are, for example, transport companies or other service providers.
After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be blocked and deleted after the expiry of the tax and commercial regulations, unless you have expressly agreed to any further use of your data.
If you have registered for our newsletter with your e-mail address, we will continue to use your e-mail address for our own advertising purposes beyond the execution of the contract until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

DATA COLLECTION THROUGH THE USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google inc. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. For example, information on the operating system, the browser, your IP address, the website you previously visited (referrer URL) and the date and time of your visit to our website are recorded. The information generated by this text file about your use of our website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. If required by law or if third parties process this data on Google’s behalf, Google will also pass this information on to these third parties. This use is anonymised or pseudonymised. You can find more information about this directly at Google:
http://www.google.com/intl/en/privacypolicy.html#information

GOOGLE USES THE DOUBLECLICK DART COOKIE

Users can disable the use of the DART cookie by visiting the privacy policy of Google’s advertising network and content advertising network.

This does not store any direct personal information about the user, only the internet protocol address. This information is used to automatically recognise you the next time you visit our websites and to make navigation easier for you. Cookies allow us, for example, to adapt a website to your interests or to save your password so that you do not have to re-enter it each time.

Of course, you can also view our websites without cookies. If you do not want us to recognise your computer, you can prevent cookies from being stored on your hard drive by selecting “do not accept cookies” in your browser settings. Please refer to your browser manufacturer’s instructions for details of how this works. If you do not accept cookies, however, this may lead to functional restrictions of our offers.
You can prevent the installation of cookies by making the appropriate setting in your Internet user programme (browser). To do this, you must switch off the storage of cookies in your Internet browser. For more information, please refer to the instructions for use of your Internet browser.

COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF USAGE DATA

In order to optimise our website, we collect and store data such as the date and time of the page view, the page from which you accessed our site and similar data, unless you object to this data collection and storage. This is done anonymously without identifying the user of the site personally. If necessary, user profiles are created by means of a pseudonym. Here too, there is no connection between the natural person behind the pseudonym and the collected usage data. We also use cookies to collect and store usage data. These are small text files that are stored on your computer and are used to store statistical information such as the operating system, your internet usage programme (browser), IP address, the previously accessed website (referrer URL) and the time. We collect this data exclusively for statistical purposes in order to further optimise our Internet presence and to be able to make our Internet offers even more attractive. The data is collected and stored exclusively in anonymised or pseudonymised form and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you as a natural person.

PURPOSE-RELATED USE OF DATA

We adhere to the principle of purpose-related data use and collect, process and store your personal data only for the purposes for which you have provided it to us. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless this is necessary for the provision of the service or the execution of the contract. Your personal data will also only be passed on to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information within the scope of the statutory duty to provide information or if we are obliged to provide information by a court decision.
We also take internal data protection very seriously. Our employees and the service companies commissioned by us have been obliged by us to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the provisions of data protection law.

RIGHT OF INFORMATION AND REVOCATION

You can obtain information about the data we have stored about you free of charge at any time without having to give a reason. You can have the data we have collected blocked, corrected or deleted at any time and object to the anonymised or pseudonymised collection and storage of data for the purpose of optimising our website. You can also revoke your consent to the collection and use of your data at any time without giving reasons. To do so, please contact post@i-mmersive.net, Daniel Naydenov. We will be happy to answer any further questions you may have about our privacy policy and the processing of your personal data.
Please note that data protection regulations and data protection practices, e.g. at Google, can change constantly. It is therefore advisable and necessary to keep yourself informed about changes in the legal provisions and practices of companies, e.g. Google.

USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND GOOGLE REMARKETING

This website uses Google Analytics and Google Remarketing. These are services provided by Google Inc (“Google”). Google uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. The IP address is then shortened by Google by the last three digits, so that a clear assignment of the IP address is no longer possible. Google observes the data protection provisions of the “US Safe Harbor” agreement and is registered with the “Safe Harbor” programme of the US Department of Commerce.
Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
Third-party providers, including Google, place advertisements on websites on the Internet. Third-party vendors, including Google, use stored cookies to serve ads based on a user’s previous visits to this website.
Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with effect for the future. You can deactivate the use of cookies by Google by visiting the Google advertising deactivation page. Alternatively, users can deactivate the use of cookies by third-party providers by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative deactivation page.
However, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
You may object to the collection and storage of data at any time with effect for the future. Further information on Google’s terms and conditions can be found here .

USE OF FACEBOOK SOCIAL PLUGINS

Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are recognisable by one of the Facebook logos (white “f” on a blue tile or a “thumbs up” sign) or are marked with the addition “Facebook Social Plugin”. The list and appearance of Facebook social plugins can be viewed here:http://developers.facebook.com/plugins.

When you call up a web page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which then integrates it into the website. We therefore have no influence on the scope of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge:

By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the Like button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If you are not a member of Facebook, it is still possible that Facebook will obtain and store your IP address.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you are a Facebook member and do not want Facebook to collect data about you via our website and link it to your membership data stored on Facebook, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.

It is also possible to block Facebook social plugins with add-ons for your browser, for example with the “Facebook Blocker”.
